Sharing Views

Making a View Shared

When editing a View, you can enable sharing by checking "Share with domain". This makes the View:

  • Visible to all users in your domain
  • Usable by other team members
  • Editable only by you (the creator)

View Sharing Indicators

Views display badges to indicate their sharing status:

  • 🔒 Private: Only visible to you
  • 🏢 Shared: Shared with your entire domain
  • 👤 Shared: A View created by another user and shared with you

Best Practices for Sharing

  • Use descriptive names and descriptions for shared Views
  • Share Views that monitor critical business metrics
  • Consider your team's needs when creating Views for common use cases
