Operational Data Health
Your daily snapshot of data health. See what changed, what needs attention, and where integrity is at risk across your assets.
The Operational Data Health page is the home page of Osprey's Data Integrity module. It gives you an at-a-glance view of your data environment — summarising active issues, asset changes, and deletions over a selected time period.
Time Period
Use the Time Period selector (top-left) to control the window for all time-based charts and the Recent Changes table. The selected date range is displayed below the selector.
The Current Issues by Point Source chart and Issues Needing Attention table are not filtered by time period — they always reflect the current state of your assets.
Summary Cards
Three cards provide an instant overview at the top of the page:

| Recent Changes | Total asset modifications and new additions within the selected time period |
| Deleted Assets | Number of assets removed from Osprey within the selected time period |
Charts
Asset Configuration Changes By Day
A bar chart showing the number of asset metadata changes (modifications and additions) per day over the selected time period.
- Click any bar to drill into the specific assets that changed on that day
Unresolved Issues Detected By Day
A bar chart showing newly detected unresolved data quality issues per day over the selected time period.
- Click any bar to filter the Issues view to that day's detected issues
Current Issues by Point Source
A horizontal bar chart showing the distribution of current open issues across point sources. This chart is not filtered by time period — it reflects all tags currently with issues.
- Click any bar to filter the Issues view to that point source
- The x-axis is logarithmic to handle large differences in issue counts across point sources
Issues Needing Attention
A table of assets currently in "Under Review" or "Issue Reported" status. This list is not filtered by the selected time period — it reflects the current state of your assets regardless of when the issue was first detected.
If no assets require attention, the message "No issues needing attention" is displayed.
Recent Changes
A table of asset modifications and new additions within the selected time period, limited to the 1,000 most recent records for performance.
Filter by Change Type
Use the Filter by change type dropdown to narrow the table to a specific type of change:
- All Changes — shows all modifications and additions
- Modified Assets — assets whose metadata was updated
- New Assets — newly discovered or ingested assets
Table Columns

| Asset Name | Name of the asset; click to open the asset detail page |
| Asset Type | Type of asset (e.g., tag, element, display) |
| Version | Version number of the asset at the time of the change |
| Point Source | The point source attribute of the asset |
| Changes | Badge indicating the type of change (Modified or Added) |
| ID | Full asset identifier path |
