Osprey lets you automatically or manually escalate issues into your incident management systems:

ServiceNow: Log incidents for enterprise resolution and auditing

Jira: Create or link issues to your engineering backlog or data reliability sprint board
Each escalation includes:

Links back to Osprey for triage
