Reporting Issues
In addition to automated detection, you and your team can escalate issues manually. This is useful for:

Escalating an urgent issue

Capturing anomalies that aren't yet covered by checks

Sharing contextual or operational observations

Logging quality problems that originate outside the PI System (e.g., lab results, field notes)
You can:

Submit a new issue from any asset page

Add description or comments
When you submit an issue, Osprey will automatically:
- Notify stakeholders via integrated workflows (Teams, ServiceNow, etc.)
Manually reported issues are shown alongside automated issues in dashboards and search.
